PetHubble is a digital pet health record app developed to help pet parents track and manage their pet's health. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use PetHubble. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our policies.
PetHubble offers both free and paid subscription plans.
Free Plan includes: 1 pet profile; manual reminders; limited document storage.
Paid Plans include: up to 5 pet profiles; AI-powered document analysis; access to the AI Assistant; pet profile sharing; custom reminders and health milestones.
We may modify the features included in each plan at any time with notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods.
Payments are processed via Apple or Google, depending on your device.
If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must manage or cancel your subscription directly from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We cannot cancel these subscriptions on your behalf.
After cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.
PetHubble collects data such as your pet's profile, medical documents, and usage data to improve functionality. Data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR). For details, see our Privacy Policy.
The AI Assistant provides general information only. It does not provide veterinary advice or diagnosis. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions. PetHubble is not liable for how AI outputs are interpreted or used.
PetHubble may integrate with third-party services (e.g., OpenAI for AI features, Apple/Google for in-app purchase processing, RevenueCat for subscription management, Google AdMob for advertising to Free-plan users past their trial). We are not responsible for content or failures originating from those services.
You retain ownership of all content and documents you upload. By using PetHubble, you grant us the right to display and process your data within the app's features. You may delete your data at any time.
PetHubble's Walk Tracking feature lets you connect with other users in person, by scanning each other's QR code, and optionally share your live location with those "Walking Contacts" while you walk. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what is shared and for how long.
We do not perform background checks on users, and we do not verify or guarantee the identity, behaviour, or trustworthiness of any other user or their pet. You are solely responsible for your decision to connect with, meet, or walk with another user, and for exercising your own judgment about your safety and your pet's safety when doing so.
You agree not to use Walking Contacts or Walk Tracking to harass, stalk, endanger, or otherwise misuse another person's location or personal information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this, in line with Section 11 (Termination).
PetHubble is not a party to and has no responsibility for any in-person meeting, interaction, or dispute between users arising from a Walking Contact connection or a shared walk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetHubble is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from such interactions - see Section 12 (Limitation of Liability).
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or delete your account for violation of our terms, illegal behavior, or abuse.
PetHubble is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any loss of data, damages, or injury arising from your use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. In case of dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
